Everyone at one point in time has probably gotten some crazy ideas about things that they could create in the Half Life game world if only they had the skills and knowledge in coding 3D graphics and animation. Team Garry has done one better. It is called Garrys Mod and it is a Source/Half Life 2 engine based game that allows you to totally customize your playing environment through the use of great tools like ragdolls, physics and gravity guns, props and a PLETHERA of customization stuff. All of this is packaged in a nice and neat sandbox style of game environment. No objectives, just build, customize, animate and then when you get tired of it all, blow it all to kingdom come.
Our Garrys Mod server has over 2GB worth of extra content that has been installed on it which will totally change what you think about Garrys Mod. You can create a network of PCs complete with chat and place them anywhere on the map with the PCmod2 addon. Design, build, and even DRIVE your own cars, boats, and airplanes through the use of the EasyEngine mod. You can even get REALLY indepth with animation for all of your projects through the use of the absolute latest version of WireMod.
Now, because this server is only a 10 slot server and because there is a TON of custom content, we have decided to keep this server password protected. If you would like to join this server and play with us, you will need to have Garrys Mod installed first, and then send an email to our clan leader at preswylde@norcalbots.com requesting access to the server. Once he receives the letter, he will send you a reply containing the server password, two links to quickly download all of our custom content directly to your local PC, and EXPLICIT instructions on how to install the content, rules for use of our server, and more.
NOTE: It is VERY important for you to follow the instructions about how to install the custom content on your local copy of the game before connecting or you will likely not have any use of some of the custom things, and even likely not have use of your spawn menu and tools while connected to the server. We are not responsible for and do not offer any support for incorrectly installed custom content on your local copy of the Garrys Mod game.
