Almost everyone knows how the CS/CZ GunGame concept works, but for those that have never played it, it is explained simply as this:

You start with a pistol, and for every 2 kills you get against an enemy, you move up to a better gun.  Once you have finished with all the game's list of guns, you are faced with two challenging stages, the HE Grenade....and the Knife.  Each of the final two stages can be completed with just a single kill.  Be the first one to finish all the weapon stages and get that final knife kill and you win, but don't let someone pull their knife and gut you when you aren't looking, by doing this they can STEAL a level from you and move you back to the previous gun you completed.

Now, we at NcB can not do ANYTHING without a twist, a turn, or in some cases, a complete hazardous situation.  Our gungame server is played on objective based maps (hostage rescue and bomb plant/defuse).  Each player that completes a map objective gets bonus "level ups" that will help them get closer to the final stages of the game.  Now, we did mention "hazardous situations" also.  From the beginning of the map you can go crazy and shoot at EVERYTHING that moves (even your teammates) because friendly-fire mode is turned off, BUT the minute a player reaches the HE Grenade stage, the server will automatically turn friendly-fire ON until either the map is over, or someone is dropped back down below Grenade level by either a knife death or a team kill incident.  SO, work as fast as you can to get through to the last two stages...  but be VERY careful to listen for that "BELL" sound signifying that friendly-fire has been turned on, or you could find yourself moving backwards faster than you could imagine.
